  • Ryan made motion to absorb Collin's $4.51 debt, 2nd by Nick, Approved
  • DONE _ Chris to contact Scott regarding $31.50 and Jessica regarding $9.90
  • April made motion to approve treasurers report, Rachel 2nd, Approved
  • Like our last treasurer, Megan was out of town... smile But, thanks to Megan for getting treasurers report before the meeting!

    • April to contact Boy Scouts about getting a Den Chief for Rachel's den in the fall

New Business

  • Display Cabinet clean/update - September: Wolves

  • Recharter
    • Chris to email pack about New Cubmaster, Treasurer and request volunteers for Asst. Cubmaster, Awards Coordinator, Popcorn Committee help, other?
    • Sara graciously volunteered to replace April as the Award Coordinator
    • Ryan/Sara have a 1st grader in the fall, so one of them will be the Tiger Coordinator
    • Ryan was volunteered as the new Assistant Cubmaster (replacing April)
    • Nick is the Popcorn Kernel

  • Community Service: Planting flowers around Oronoco will take place around the end of May. Anyone interested in planting should call Oronoco City Hall at 367-4405 and leave their contact information. One of the current committee members will contact you.

  • Rachel bring Den Binders to next Leader Meeting (pool party) to exchange with next den
  • DONE - Nick to turn in new sheet with Gamehaven signers
  • Chris ordered 7 vests (Declan, Brandon, Matthew, Jonah, Jacob, Myles, Randy) from Nancy McKay?. Check was sent for first 7 vests. 3 additional vests ordered (Dylan, Braden, Evan)
  • Megan to deduct $8 from Dylan, Braden, and Evan's scout accounts for the vests
  • DONE - Chris to send Ryans email to Gamehaven

  • May Regatta - Sunday, May 20 at Oronoco Park
    • April to email rules
    • Megan to work out double elimination brackets
    • DONE - April purchased awards (medals)
    • Rachel to handle check-in and scout voting for Coolest Boat
    • Chris to provide stickers for check-in
    • Chris to provide 5 gal bucket, masking tape, trailer (with gutters)

  • 2012-2013 Schedule
    • Preliminary schedule done by Chris. April added a couple of corrections
    • September meetings: Decided to have meetings on normal schedule (3rd Monday - 1st Den meeting, 4th Monday - Pack meeting). If popcorn sales starts prior to Pack meeting, it will be distributed at first Den meeting.
    • Schedule posted in Google Docs

  • Leader Awards
    • Remember leaders earn awards also! Be sure to check requirements for leader knots.

  • Cleanup
    • DONE: After the meeting, several of the leaders assisted with cleaning out Cub Scout area in the church basement (Recycled and trashed quite a few things)
    • Need to clean out the trailer as well

  • Church Usage Reminders
    • Turn off heat
    • Lock all doors
    • Check bathrooms (clean and no running water)
    • Turn off all lights

  • Staffing
    • Trailer Location is now at Chris'
    • Need to start training in replacements (Award Coordinator - Sara)
    • Training not scheduled yet...
